About Yangwang

Yangwang is a premium electric vehicle brand launched by BYD in 2023 to serve as the company's ultra luxury and high performance division. Created to compete with elite global automakers, Yangwang represents BYD's technological showcase for next generation electrification, off road capability, and intelligent driving systems. The flagship model, the Yangwang U8, is a large electric SUV built on BYD's proprietary e4 platform, a quad motor independent drive system that enables extreme control and stability across all terrains.
