About Drako

Drako Motors is an American electric hypercar manufacturer based in San Jose, California, founded in 2013 by entrepreneurs Dean Drako and Shiv Sikand. The company focuses on developing ultra high performance electric vehicles that merge cutting edge powertrain technology with luxury craftsmanship and advanced control systems. Drawing from deep expertise in software, electronics, and vehicle dynamics, Drako aims to deliver extreme power and precision through entirely electric propulsion.

Drako's first model, the GTE, debuted as a four door electric grand tourer built on a modified Fisker Karma platform, powered by four individual electric motors producing a combined 1,200 horsepower. The car's proprietary DriveOS software enables precise torque vectoring across all four wheels, giving the GTE exceptional handling and control. Each vehicle is hand built in limited numbers, featuring luxurious interiors, carbon fiber construction, and performance tuning that bridges the gap between supercar and grand touring comfort.

The company's second model, the Drako Dragon, represents a major leap forward in both design and engineering. Built on a bespoke carbon fiber architecture, the Dragon is an all electric hyper SUV delivering over 2,000 horsepower with a top speed exceeding 320 km/h. It combines advanced aerodynamics, ultra fast charging, and AI assisted drive controls within a lightweight body designed by GranStudio of Italy. The Dragon's interior features premium materials, immersive digital displays, and advanced driver assistance systems tailored for both performance and safety.

Drako develops all of its core vehicle control software and power electronics in house, emphasizing real time control, energy efficiency, and safety at high speeds. By fusing Silicon Valley technology with European design influence, the brand represents the evolution of American high performance engineering into the all electric era.

Pure Electric Identity

Drako is a pure play electric automaker, developing all vehicles and technologies exclusively for zero emission performance. Built on dedicated EV platforms without combustion legacy constraints, Drako combines advanced engineering, lightweight design, and digital innovation to deliver a fully electric driving experience.
